SEO WEB ARTICLE: IT IS SOCCER WC 2014
Ever heard of: SMART BALL TECHNOLOGY?
(An objective description of a technical object)
The “Smart” ball will eventually eliminate any/all human error from decision making during Soccer matches; it is a highly developed computer-enhanced ball, linked to an array of monitors and alarms.
The chip-enabled soccer ball was initially developed by Adidas, who worked together with the Fraunhofer Institute and Software Company Cairos Technologies in Germany. The technology of the Smart Ball revolves around an ASIC chip, which was translated to remotely understandable English by a linguistically gifted compu-fundi as an “application-specific integrated circuit” chip.
That tiny little thing, which has to withstand tons worth of shocks during matches, also contains a tiny little integrated transmitter which sends nano-second spaced observations to multiple receptors and calculating devices and in turn to the alarms: “Fowl!!”, or not.
That ASIC chip, is suspended perfectly in the centre of the ball and so securely anchored as to survive the explosive shock and acceleration of a Ronaldo kick and it works in unison with a number of radio antennae around the pitch. That makes it as electronically accurate as this is an SEO Targeted Article. These balls were tested extensively during 2012 at the Nuremberg stadium for introduction during the 2014 Soccer WC Tournament. The signals were transmitted to 12 antennae in light masts and other locations distributed around the arena. The antennae are linked to a central high-speed fibre optic ring, which routes data to a cluster of Linux-based servers, while being processed, which in turn transmits via a radio signal the ‘verdict’, to a receiver on the human referee, (who for the interim, not long, will still actually be on the pitch), all in less than a ‘recordable’ portion of a second after the ball was ‘guilty’ of crossing any of the designated electronic signal lines, i.e. the pitch perimeters or the goal line.
The ref pretends to make a decision, while not even allowed an opinion, blows a whistle, and indicate an action which will have been relayed into his ear piece to obey.
We will still research and report back in another SEO Web article, WHY was this not used during the 2014 WC, as was intended?
Smart technology, Smart Ball, obedient people…….
